ABOUT SURREY MONTESSORI SOCIETY
The Surrey Montessori Society (SMS) is a registered charity in British Columbia that supports the Montessori K – 7 programs in the Surrey public school district.
Formed in 1981, the SMS membership consists of parents, caregivers and supporters who believe all children deserve access to the Montessori Method of teaching and philosophy. Surrey’s publicy-funded Montessori program is currently housed at Latimer Road Elementary (K-5), Mountainview Montessori (K-7) and Sunnyside Elementary (K-7).
